Mango, banana and spirulina smoothie

Ingredients:

  •  2 mangoes
  •  Half a banana
  •  2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Spirulina algae as you like

Preparation:

Cut the two mangoes into small pieces and leave them to cool in the refrigerator for an hour. Take them out of the fridge and blend them together with the banana, add the sugar, or the sweetener if you prefer. Place the smoothie in a bowl and cover it with the spirulina flakes and other toppings of your taste, such as spelled flakes.
