The environmental problems to the exploitation of natural resources for the production of food has meant that the Company concentrates towards the choice of increasingly environmentally sustainable processes and products which are not related to the high exploitation of resources and which do not affect on all those factors aimed at a non-environmentally friendly production; most commonly used in the production of usual foods, such as water, energy, land use and waste. For this reason, it has also paid attention to environmental sustainability due to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere detected in other productions, so the choice to produce photosynthetic microorganisms more commonly called algae for food use, are capable during their cultivation to make a substantial contribution to the environment. Therefore, the environmental vision of a future with increasingly low greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere has led us agricultural products capable of being grown and processed into a finished product and consumed as food, with the notable characteristic of having zero environmental impact in the its entire life cycle.
