Spirulina algae and tofu croquettes

Ingredients:

  • 60 g of rice breading
  • 1 teaspoon of Spirulina Algae
  • 125 g of baby spinach
  • 200 g of natural tofu
  • Salt, black pepper, nutmeg, EVO oil, to taste

Preparation::

Put the spinach in the mixer together with the crumbled tofu and spirulina with a drop of oil, a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Blend everything until you have a workable mixture. Then form your croquettes and roll them in breadcrumbs, bake with a little oil at 160 degrees until golden brown. They can also be browned in a pan with a drop of oil.
