Ingredients::
- 1 jar of white rice yoghurt
- 1 half apple
- 50 g of blueberries and red raspberries
- 5 g of spirulina powder
- 50 g baby spinach
- Half a banana
- Dried fruit or crunchy puffed cereals q.s
- Favorite sweetener q.b. b
Preparation::
Blend the banana together with the baby spinach, 25 g of yoghurt, spirulina algae and a teaspoon of your favorite sweetener.
Blend the apple together with the red fruits. Prepare a glass and place the spirulina smoothie first, continue on top with 100 g of yoghurt and finally the red fruit smoothie, garnish.
