Smoothie with spirulina

Ingredients::

  • 1 jar of white rice yoghurt
  • 1 half apple
  • 50 g of blueberries and red raspberries
  • 5 g of spirulina powder
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • Half a banana
  • Dried fruit or crunchy puffed cereals q.s
  • Favorite sweetener q.b. b

Preparation::

Blend the banana together with the baby spinach, 25 g of yoghurt, spirulina algae and a teaspoon of your favorite sweetener.

Blend the apple together with the red fruits. Prepare a glass and place the spirulina smoothie first, continue on top with 100 g of yoghurt and finally the red fruit smoothie, garnish.
