Ingredients::
- 3 glasses of rice flour
- ½ glass of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Spirulina Algae
- Half a glass of sunflower oil
- A pinch of salt
- A bag of baking powder
- 2 glasses of rice milk (1 glass is about 130 g)
- 1 pinch of ginger
- 4 ripe pears
Preparation:
Wash and peel the pears, cut them into coarse cubes, do the same with the ginger, which you will however grate. Put everything in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, first the buckets and then the liquids, mix well until you have a smooth and soft mixture. Pour it halfway into the oiled maffin molds and arrange them in a baking tray, bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, use a toothpick to check if they are cooked, garnish as desired.
