Spirulina seaweed muffins, pears and ginger

Ingredients::

  • 3 glasses of rice flour
  • ½ glass of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Spirulina Algae
  • Half a glass of sunflower oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A bag of baking powder
  • 2 glasses of rice milk (1 glass is about 130 g)
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • 4 ripe pears

Preparation:

Wash and peel the pears, cut them into coarse cubes, do the same with the ginger, which you will however grate. Put everything in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, first the buckets and then the liquids, mix well until you have a smooth and soft mixture. Pour it halfway into the oiled maffin molds and arrange them in a baking tray, bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, use a toothpick to check if they are cooked, garnish as desired.
