Spirulina Algae recipe for breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of yoghurt
  • Granola with dried fruit
  • 3 tablespoons of Spirulina Algae flakes

Preparation:

Pour half of the yogurt into a bowl. Mix the rest of the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of Spirulina Algae and pour it into the bowl. Eat the yoghurt together with the granola, adding it a little at a time to keep it crunchy and prevent it from getting soaked by remaining in the yoghurt and flakes of Spirulina algae for a long time
