Ingredients::
For the waffles
- 60 g pea flour
- 60 g oatmeal
- 135 ml of almond milk
- 6 dates
- 1 level teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of Spirulina Algae powder
For coverage:
- 20 g of sesame
- 100 g of bitter chocolate
Preparation:
Mix the waffle ingredients in a bowl and leave to rest for a few minutes. Meanwhile, heat the plate or a simple non-stick pan. Pour the mixture, without reaching the edges and cook for 5 minutes. Set the waffles aside and prepare the topping: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the sesame seeds. Pour the sauce over the waffles
